Shrimp-spinach wraps in orange sauce

Shrimp spinach wraps burst with juicy shrimp, tender spinach, and zesty orange sauce rolled in high-protein Carl Brandt bread, delivering an exotic seafood sensation that’s quick to prepare, bursting with citrusy brightness, and sustains energy for light dinners or vibrant lunches.
Ingredients:
  • 4 Mestemacher Wraps
  • 400g cooked shrimps
  • 3 small oranges
  • 250g of deep-frozen leaf spinach or the corresponding amount of fresh spinach
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 tablespoons of oil
  • 80g mayonnaise
  • 100g crème fraîche
  • salt
  • pepper
Directions:
  1. Peel two oranges, remove the white inner skin, remove the orange filets from the separating skins and cut them into small pieces. Squeeze out the third orange.
  2. Heat the oil in a pot, add the spinach to it and boil for approx. 5-7 minutes. Add the orange pieces, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir together mayonnaise, crème fraîche and orange juice, add salt and pepper.
  4. Prepare 4 wraps according to the package instructions, spread the spinach mixture on them, top with shrimps and then drizzle the orange sauce on to the wraps.
  5. Fold to cones and serve.
