Pumpernickel Muesli Balls

Pumpernickel muesli balls blend 1 mashed banana with 100g oats, 3 finely chopped slices of Mestemacher Westfälischer Pumpernickel, 120g chopped almonds, and 50g chopped dried cranberries into a sticky dough, rolled into small balls for no-bake, fiber-packed energy bites that store refrigerated.
Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • 100 grams oat flakes
  • 3 slices of pumpernickel
  • 120 grams chopped almonds
  • 50 grams chopped, dried cranberries
Directions:
  1. Puree the banana. Finely chop the pumpernickel and mix into the banana.
  2. Then add the almonds and the cranberries and mix everything well (ideally by hand). If the mass is still too sticky, simply fold in some more oat flakes.
  3. Form little balls from the mass and serve.
If the balls are not eaten immediately, ideally cover them and store them in the fridge.
