Mestemacher Pure Natural Bread With Fiery Hummus

Ingredients:
  • 4 slices Mestemacher PURE NATURAL
  • 1 tin of cooked chickpeas (250g)
  • 1 tbsp. sesame paste
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 1 tsp. rosen paprika powder
  • ½ tsp. ground cilantro
  • salt, pepper
  • 2 small red bell peppers
  • ½ box of radish cress
Directions:
  1. Pour the chickpeas into a sieve and rinse off. Peel and dice the garlic. Chop the chilli finely.
  2. Place the ingredients in a bowl and add the seasoning, sesame paste and olive oil. Use a blender to make a fine paste. Little by little, add some water until the hummus becomes creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Toast the slices of bread and then cut them into strips. Slice the bell pepper into rings. Spread the hummus onto the strips and garnish with bell pepper and cress.
