Gravlax Wraps with herb-mustard remoulade

Gravlax wraps burst with silky cured salmon, fresh dill vibrancy, and tangy herb mustard remoulade rolled in high-protein Carl Brandt bread, crafting a luxurious Scandinavian-inspired meal that’s effortless to assemble, packed with Nordic elegance, and sustains energy for sophisticated lunches or festive bites.
Ingredients:
  • 4 Mestemacher Wraps
  • 8 slices of Gravlax
  • 8 leaves of curled lettuce
  • 4 radicchio lettuce leaves
  • ½ honeydew melon (8 thin slices)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 100ml oil
  • 1½ tablespoons of chopped herbs e.g. parsley, dill, tarragon
Directions:
  1. Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them and cut them into strips.
  2. Mix the egg yolk, honey and mustard and add the oil drop-wise, under constant stirring.
  3. Add the herbs, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Prepare 4 wraps according to the package instructions, top with Gravlax, place the lettuce on top of it and sprinkle with the sauce.
  5. In each case, roll up with 2 thin slices of honeydew melon and serve.
