Wraps with chicken breast and peanut sauce

Ingredients:
  • 4 Mestemacher Wraps
  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 125g reduced fat yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoons of hot Chinese chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 4 large leaves of lettuce
  • salt
Directions:
  1. Wash chicken breasts, dry them and cut them into fine strips.
  2. Squeeze out the lime and sprinkle it on top, mix well and leave to marinate a bit.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the meat in it until crispy, add salt and pepper.
  4. Mix the peanut butter in a bowl with the reduced fat yoghurt and chilli sauce mix, season with salt.
  5. Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them and cut them into strips.
  6. Prepare the wraps according to the package instructions and cut into 4 pieces.
  7. Mix the lettuce strips, meat and peanut sauce and serve with the wraps.
