Wraps with breast of duck and plum sauce

Duck breast wraps luxuriate with tender, juicy meat and sweet-tangy plum sauce rolled in high-protein Carl Brandt bread, crafting an elegant fusion dish that’s effortless to prepare, bursting with gourmet richness, and sustains energy for sophisticated dinners or indulgent lunches.
Ingredients:
  • 4 Mestemacher Wraps
  • 1 large breast of duck with skin
  • 2 teaspoons of light soya sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of liquid honey
  • 1 small leek
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 teaspoons of plum sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
Directions:
  1. Mix soya sauce and honey and coat the washed and dried breast of duck with it.
  2. Place in an oiled form. Roast in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for approx. 20 minutes.
  3. Allow to cool and cut into small pieces.
  4. Cut the leek and carrots into strips, briefly place them in boiling salted water, pour off the water and allow to cool. Mix with the meat and add salt, pepper.
  5. Coat the prepared wraps with plum sauce, place the vegetable-meat mixture on top and fold once.
