Vegetarian wraps with three kinds of cheese

Vegetarian wraps overflow with a trio of creamy cheeses—melted mozzarella, tangy feta, and fresh ricotta—rolled in high-protein Carl Brandt bread, creating an irresistible, cheesy delight that’s effortless to prepare, bursting with Mediterranean richness, and sustains energy for hearty lunches or satisfying snacks.
Ingredients:
  • 2 California wraps wheat by Mestemacher
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 100 grams Feta cheese
  • ½ bunch of parsley
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • 4 slices Edam cheese
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ cucumber
  • 6 dried tomatoes
  • Salt, pepper and paprika seasoning according to taste
Directions:
  1. Chop the herbs and the Feta cheese into small pieces and stir in with the cream cheese. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. Using a potato peeler, cut the carrot and the cucumber into strips.
  3. Wash the spring onions and only use the green leek.
  4. Heat the wraps in the microwave for 20 seconds at 700 watt.
  5. To fill the wraps, start by spreading cream cheese onto them. Here, leave open a free edge of approx. 1 cm. Place the cucumber and carrot strips on the wraps. Place two slices of cheese on top and two strips of spring onions and three dried tomatoes in the centre.
  6. Roll up the wraps tightly and wrap in cling film. Refrigerate for two hours. Cut into strips before serving.
