Toast Bread Rolls with Egg Spread, Cucumber, Tomato and Turkey Salami

Toasted bread rolls layer creamy egg spread with crisp cucumber, juicy tomato, and savory turkey salami on high-protein Carl Brandt bread, crafting a fresh, protein-packed snack that’s quick to assemble, bursting with balanced flavors, and sustains energy for lunches or on-the-go bites.
Ingredients:
  • Toast Bread Rolls
  • Egg bread spread
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 100 g turkey salami
  • a little bit of chive
Directions:
  1. Prepare the Mestemacher Toast Bread Rolls Rye according to instructions.
  2. Boil the egg until hard, allow to cool and then cut into slices.
  3. Cut the cucumber and tomato into slices and chop chive finely.
  4. Spread the egg spread onto the lower half of the Toast Bread Rolls and sprinkle with the finely chopped chive. Then top with turkey salami and cucumber, egg and tomato slices. Cover with the second half of the bread roll and press together lightly.
