Smørrebrød with two kinds of cheese, radishes and grapes

Ingredients:
  • 2 slices of organic wholemeal Mestemacher bread
  • Butter according to taste
  • 6 slices of Edam cheese
  • 1 piece of Camembert cheese
  • 4 radishes
  • 1 handful of grapes
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • Cress for garnishing
Directions:
  1. Spread butter on the slices of bread and top with Edam cheese. Slice the Camembert cheese and the radishes and alternate layering them on the cheese.
  2. Halve the grapes, chop the walnuts finely and use them for garnishing the cheese bread.
  3. As a final touch, sprinkle a little bit of cress onto the Smørrebrød.
