Smørrebrød with salami, ham and mushrooms

Ingredients:
  • 2 slices of organic wholemeal Mestemacher bread
  • Butter according to taste
  • 8 slices of salami
  • 8 slices of ham
  • 250 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 gherkin
  • 50 grams of mayonnaise
  • ½ bunch of chives
Directions:
  1. Spread butter on the slices of bread and alternate layering it with salami and ham.
  2. Cut each mushroom into eight pieces, chop the onion finely. Fry the onions and mushrooms in the pan and then place the mixture on the slices of bread.
  3. Cut the gherkin into slices and place on the mushrooms.
  4. Garnish the breads with mayonnaise and finely chopped chives.
