Ingredients:
  • 200 grams Edam cheese
  • 3 slices of pumpernickel
  • ½ bunch of radishes
  • ½ bunch of chives
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil for frying
For the dressing
  • 4 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt, pepper and sugar according to taste
Directions:
  1. Cut the pumpernickel into pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, crush the clove of garlic and add. Then fry the pumpernickel in the pan and place aside to cool.
  3. Dice the cheese, slice the radishes and chop the chives. Mix the dressing in an extra bowel and season.
  4. Stir the cooled pumpernickel into the remaining ingredients. Add the dressing and place the salad in the glasses. Garnish with pumpernickel and chives and serve.
