Pesto-Wraps

Pesto wraps swirl vibrant basil pesto with fresh veggies and savory fillings rolled in high-protein Carl Brandt bread, crafting an effortless Italian-inspired meal that’s bursting with herbaceous zing, perfect for lunches or snacks, and sustains energy with bold Mediterranean flair.
Ingredients:
  • 4 Mestemacher Wraps
  • 4-5 large plum tomatoes
  • 200g mozzarella balls
  • 1 large bunch of rocket
  • 3 tablespoons of pesto in a glass
Directions:
  1. Wash the rocket, dry it and chop coarsely.
  2. Skin the tomatoes, remove the seeds and dice them.
  3. Halve the mozzarella balls, add them to a bowl with the tomatoes and rocket, before mixing them with the pesto olive oil mix.
  4. Prepare 4 wraps according to the package instructions, role them to cones and fill them.
