Mushrooms in white wine sauce with toasted garlic bread

Ingredients:
  • 3 slices of Mestemacher Fitness Bread
  • 50 grams butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic for the bread
  • 500 grams of mushrooms
  • 4 shallots
  • 2 garlic cloves for the mushrooms
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 150 ml of white wine
  • Salt and pepper according to taste
  • ½ bunch of parsley
  • 1 tbsp of heavy sour cream
Directions:
  1. Cut the bread into triangles, spread with butter and sprinkle the finely chopped garlic cloves over the butter. Bake in the preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 10 minutes and let it become crisp.
  2. Clean the mushrooms. Finely chop the shallots, garlic cloves and chilli pepper without seeds.
  3. Steam the garlic, shallots and chilli in oil, add the mushrooms and fry about five minutes.
  4. Deglaze the mushrooms with the white wine and stir in the sour cream carefully. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the chopped parsley and serve with the slices of bread.
