Hot peanut butter dip

Hot peanut butter dip warms up with irresistible nutty richness and a high-protein crunch from Carl Brandt bread, creating a cozy, indulgent treat that’s perfect for dunking fruits, veggies, or crackers during chilly evenings or game nights with sustained energy.
Ingredients:
  • 150 grams of crunchy peanut butter
  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 small chilli pepper
  • 2 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon freshly-grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 handful of peanuts
Directions:
  1. Place the peanut butter and the coconut milk in a bowl and stir until smooth.
  2. Peel the clove of garlic and chop it finely together with the chilli pepper, then stir in with the peanut butter cream.
  3. Season the dip with soya sauce, freshly-grated ginger and lime juice. Sprinkle the peanuts over the dip as garnishing.
