Fancy Meat Salad

Ingredients:
  • 4 slices of Mestemacher Whole Rye Bread
  • 3.5 oz/ 100g cream cheese
  • 5.3 oz/ 150g bologna-type sausage in slices
  • 2 pickled gherkins
  • 3 oz/ 80g sour cream
  • ½ bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 6 leaves of lettuce
  • Coarse pepper
Directions:
  1. Cut the slices of bread into 3 pieces, the sausage into strips.
  2. Chop the gherkins and the capers. Mix the sour cream cream cheese, chopped gherkin, parsley and capers.
  3. Broil the bread in the oven for 3 minutes, until it is crispy.
  4. Put the salad leaves on of the bread and dress it with plenty of meat salad.
  5. Decorate with parsley and some coarse pepper.
