Cream Cheese Cress Radishes Canapés

Cream cheese cress radishes canapés spread seasoned cream cheese (400g with salt and pepper) over circles or squares cut from Mestemacher Protein Bread, topped with thin radish slices (from 6 radishes) and fresh cress for crisp, herby bites ready in minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 6 radishes
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • Salt, pepper
  • e.g. Mestemacher Protein Bread – cut out into circles or squares

Directions:
  1. Halve the radishes and cut them into fine slices. Season the cream cheese with salt and pepper and beat with a hand mixer. Fill the cream cheese into a piping bag with a star nozzle. Squirt the cream cheese on all bread slices. Place the radishes on top and garnish with cress.
