Ingredients:
Ginger and lime mayonnaise
  • 1 pack cream cheese (125 g)
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • about 30 g ginger (chopped finely)
  • ½ avocado
  • juice of 1 lime
  • black pepper to taste
Yogurt dip with mango chutney
  • 250 g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons pine honey
  • 1 glass mango chutney
  • curry
  • paprika
Banana curry dip
  • 3 ripe and soft bananas
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Madras Curry
  • ground pepper to taste
Directions:

  1. Purée all ingredients in a mixer.
  2. Taste dip with some black pepper.
Yogurt dip with mango chutney
  1. Purée all ingredients in a mixer.
  2. Taste dip with a pinch of paprika.
Banana curry dip
  1. Crush bananas with a fork.
  2. Taste with some ground pepper and Madras Curry, then stir.
  3. Let stand for about 1 hour.
  4. Then add mayonnaise and a dash of lemon juice.
  5. Garnish with some curry and basil leaves.
