Stuffed Serrano Ham on Whole Rye Bread


  • 4 slices of Mestemacher Whole Rye Bread
  • 5.3oz/150g thin slices of Serrano ham
  • ½ Honeydew melon
  • 1 bouquet of parsley
  • Crushed pink pepper


  1. Cut 4 slices of whole grain bread into rectanglular pieces.
  2. Cut melon into oblong pieces.
  3. Roll ham around melon slices and place on top of the bread slices. Garnish with parsley and crushed pepper.
