Two varieties of drinking chocolate: 43% milk chocolate from the Rausch Puerto Cabello plantation in Venezuela and 70% bittersweet chocolate from the Rausch El Cuador plantation in Ecuador.
Rausch drinking chocolates are unique in that the tins contain actual chocolate pellets, not powder. The chocolate pellets are kept fresh in a foil bag inside the tin. Simply warm up your preferred type of milk and stir in the chocolate pellets to make a hot cocoa so rich and tasty your whole insides will melt!
