- 4 slices of Mestemacher Whole Rye Bread
- 5.3oz/150g thin slices of Serrano ham
- ½ Honeydew melon
- 1 bouquet of parsley
- Crushed pink pepper
- Cut 4 slices of whole grain bread into rectanglular pieces.
- Cut melon into oblong pieces.
- Roll ham around melon slices and place on top of the bread slices. Garnish with parsley and crushed pepper.
