- Cherrie Tomatoes

For a great snack, or as an hors d’oeuvre for company, try the following; quantity of ingredients varies according to how many pesto Zwieback’s you would like to make.
Spread some pesto onto a Zwieback and top with a piece or two of arugula. Slice a cherry tomato in half, sprinkle with salt and pepper and a dash of lemon juice, place tomato slices on top of the arugula and top with shredded parmesan and basil.
