
Ingredients
- 4 slices of Mestemacher Natural Whole Rye Bread
- 100 g cream cheese mushroom flavour
- 100 g green grapes
- approx. 150 g of air-dried ham
- 30 g walnuts
- 1 pear
- pepper
- 1 branch of rocket
Preparation
- Peel and dice the pear, stir into the cream cheese and season with pepper.
- Cut the grapes into halves.
- Chop the walnuts coarsely.
- Cut Mestemacher Natural Whole Rye Bread into triangles, spread with pear cream, loosely distribute the washed rocket on it, top it with ham and put on the grape halves.
- Sprinkle it with the chopped walnuts.
Also delicious with cream cheese double cream!
