Pantagruel Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
Preparation
- Thoroughly mix the sugar and butter until smooth.
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks in two separate bowls.
- Then take the egg yolks and slowly add them to the sugar and butter mixture, beating continuously until creamy.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and then add the melted chocolate to the egg yolk mixture.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and then add the egg whites to the chocolate/egg yolks.
- Refrigerate overnight before serving.
