Pantagruel Chocolate Mousse

  1. Thoroughly mix the sugar and butter until smooth.
  2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks in two separate bowls.
  3. Then take the egg yolks and slowly add them to the sugar and butter mixture, beating continuously until creamy.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and then add the melted chocolate to the egg yolk mixture.
  5. Beat the egg whites until stiff and then add the egg whites to the chocolate/egg yolks.
  6. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
