- Mestemacher Sunflower Rounds
- 3.5 oz/100 g cream cheese with mushroom flavor
- 2 oz/50g dried tomatoes
- 3 sage leaves
- 1oz/30g walnuts
- 1 chicory
- 3 ⅓ tablespoons butter
- Cut dried tomatoes and sage into small pieces and stir into cream cheese.
- Remove chicory leaves from stem.
- Roast Mestemacher Sunflower Rounds with butter, remove from heat. Put chicory leaves on top of each piece of bread.
- Top with cream cheese spread.
- Chop walnuts coarsely and sprinkle on top.
- Add pepper to taste.
