
Preparation
Quantity of ingredients varies depending on serving dish size used.
You will need at least one package of mascarpone and vanilla pudding.
- Soak Zwieback in espresso (strong coffee is sufficient if you do not have espresso).
- Mix mascarpone and vanilla pudding together; if needed, add sugar to taste.
- Spread the soaked Zwieback in the bottom of desired serving dish, top with a layer of the mascarpone and vanilla pudding mixture, place another layer of soaked Zwieback on top of this and top again with a layer of the mascarpone and vanilla pudding mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving. Maybe decorated, or served with fresh berries if so desired.
